JPMorgan Chase & Co. (NYSE: JPM) has submitted applications to open two more branches in the Twin Cities area. According to filings with the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, the New York-based bank has submitted plans to open up staffed branches in Shakopee and Chaska. The exact addresses were not provided in the filings. The applications add to the bank's already assertive expansion into the state. Earlier this month, Chase market directors said plans were already on the books in 2023 to open up at least eight more branches in the state.
