Shakopee is kicking off fall festivities next weekend with the debut of a food truck festival. The Shakopee Food Truck Festival is a two-day celebration, taking place from 4-9 p.m. Friday, Sept. 29, and 11 a.m.-9 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 30, at The Landing, 2187 County Road 101 in Shakopee. Approximately 45 different food trucks have been confirmed for the weekend, according to the Shakopee Chamber's Main Street and Special Events Director Heather Proskey, with most of them coming from around the Twin Cities metro area.
